1. On the iCity Online website, select Link & Register.
   
    
2.  To begin the registration process, select Show Me How.
   
    
3.  Click the drop down menu and select the type of account you want to set up.
   
    
4.  For Utility Accounts you will need your Utility Account number and PIN Number.
        For Property Tax Accounts you will need your Roll Number and PIN Number. (contact the Town Office for your         Property Tax PIN Number)
   
   
   
    
5. To set your eBilling preferences, complete the following fields:
   
        Please Notify me by Email that my Utility Bill/Property Tax Notice is Ready: Select this box to enable
        electronic utility bills and/or property tax notices. 
   
        Then, choose a delivery option:
   1. I will View my Utility Bill/Property Tax Notice Online: This is the default option for email delivery. If you select this option, you receive a bill notification by email only. 
      OR
   2. Attach a PDF Copy of the Utility Bill/Property Tax Notice to the Email: If you select this option, you receive an email with a PDF copy of the Utility Bill/Tax Notice attached.
       
6. Email Address: Enter the email address you want email notifications sent to.
    
7. Select Send Verification Email. A 6-digit code will be sent to you by email at the address you specified, be sure to check your junk folder as the email may go there.
    
8. Enter the verification code in the Verification Code field. Note: The code is active for 15 minutes. If it expires, select Send Verification Email again for a new code. You can only request a code once per minute.
    
9. Select Save.
    
10. To create your login credentials, complete the User Name (user names cannot containe spaces), Email Address (verify your email again), Password (password must be a minimum of seven (7) characters, containing an upper and lower case letter, number and special character), and Confirm Password fields.
     

Note:

If an account has multiple owners, each owner can complete this process to create their own credentials with their own email. However, the tax notice is always issued in the main owner's name to maintain consistency across iCity's provincial electronic tax notices.
